6. Remove the syringe from the priming port and discard the liquid into waste.

7. Repeat steps 2–6 for system pump B.

To purge the system pumps

1. On the NGC touch screen, set the fluidic scheme to either NGC Quest or

NGC Quest Plus.

2. In the fluidic scheme, touch or click the Sample Inject Valve module to open its

dialog box.

3. Set the sample inject valve to System Pump Waste.
