5 Plumbing and Priming the

NGC Chromatography Systems

With the exception of the inlet tubing, waste lines, and column, the NGC™ systems

ship preassembled and preplumbed with the modules necessary to perform

gradient separations. The systems require minimal postinstallation setup to prepare

them to run simple gradient separations. This chapter explains how to plumb and

prime your system after you have installed it and the ChromLab™ software.
