Firmware Update Failure

If the firmware upgrade fails, restart the NGC instrument. The software attempts the

firmware update again.

If the firmware update fails again:

1. Shut down the NGC instrument.

2. Turn off the power at the back of the instrument for 30 seconds.

3. Power on the NGC instrument. The firmware update procedure starts again.
